The following are a few suggestions and information for your comfort and convenience.

• The entire time involved from the appointment time is approximately one hour.
• We encourage your arrival approximately 15 minutes prior to the appointment time
• Any dress is appropriate - casual, sport, or formal. Soft-soled shoes are strongly suggested. Ladies may be asked to remove high heel shoes for safety purposes.
• We depart the marina, traveling into the open sea. California State Regulations stipulate a distance of 500 yards or more, in state waters for any placement at sea.
• Appropriate memorial flowers are furnished. Should you wish to bring any personal floral tribute, please inform your florist NOT to use floral wires, picks or foam. Flowers must be in their natural state to be placed at sea.
  
• Clergy persons are welcome to attend. As a matter of information, the great majority of families we serve do not include a clergyperson. A brief statement is offered by the Captain at the time of the placement as appropriate.
• Should you need to contact us on the day of the service, please contact the office at 800-732-2874. The telephone on the boat is 310-379-8780 - if the boat is in the marina slip. It is possible that the boat may be away from the slip serving another family at the time of your call. Please do not contact or attempt to gain information from the marina offices
• We will make every effort to meet your personal needs and requests. Click here for a map and directions to the boat.
• Most client families arrange for payment of TRIBUTE SERVICE through their chosen Funeral Director. However, if you have arranged to make payment directly to Tribute Services, we ask that you present this payment to the Captain at some convenient time before, during or following our service.
  
• The duration and comfort of this trip usually dictates that motion sickness medications are not necessary. However, should you desire to use such medication, remember to follow specific directions to be effective.
